A scheme of mid to high-end apartments with the most incredible view of the west facing ocean, appropriately named 'Sunset23'.
SpaceForm was commissioned to develop the collaborative digital twin alongside a series of generated CGIs using our new AI-enhanced pipeline process.
THE BRIEF
To use SpaceForm as a design collaboration tool in finessing the details of the penthouse apartments, then developing a series of auto-generated AI-enhanced CGIs to use as part of the brochure. Finally, we were asked to develop a collaborative digital twin that will be hosted online for the next few years.
OUR RESPONSE
SpaceForm started the process by taking the 3D design files and working them through our proprietary pipeline which generated a super easy way to review the 3D space and pick the best camera angles to agree with the client.
Next, the team worked backwards from the CGI views to develop the whole space as a 3D walk around experience inside SpaceForm. Working with the client's interior designer, we did several passes on the materials, fixtures and fittings to hit the right notes and make sure this was something the construction and later marketing teams were all on the same page with.
Finally, we pulled it all together by adding Google Earth data to set the scheme perfectly, and accurately, on the physical site. This then is hosted as a streaming 3D tour online for the next few years and could even form the bones of an operational digital twin in years to come.
